When does skin stop peeling?

I know that when a baby is born their skin will naturally peel. But just wondering when you guys noticed baby's skin to stop peeling and what did you do to help it. My lil one is 5 weeks and we lotion them but of course skin is still flaking off in places.

My baby's skin stopped peeling after two weeks.  We didn't treat it with anything. Just wiped her down with warm wash cloths.

My pediatrician said to give it about six weeks.

My guy is almost done peeling. He'll be 3 weeks this weekend.

I used baby oil on my littles ones skin after a bath and still do now, he's six months old. That will help to lock in moisture and should help a bit.
