Hot yoga at 16w5?

Any ladies partake in hot yoga during their pregnancy?

I would not exercise and yoga are good for you but overheating and letting your body temp rise to much is not good for you while pregnant. You aren't supposed to go in saunas or hot tubs so I would assume hat means no hot yoga

No I feel so bad I did it before I knew I was pregnant!! Baby has no way of cooling itself down so big no no!!

No way. I have continued teaching yoga through my pregnancy but I have never liked hot yoga pregnant or not. Myself and clients break enough sweat with our practice without the overly heated room.
