After 6 years of ttc, could it be + ?

First • Married for almost a decade. TTC #2. Conceived #1 after 6 yrs of TTC w/ clomid, metformin, thyroid meds, trying to eat healthy and being physically active. Hypothyroidism. PCOS. Insulin Resistant. Never loose hope :)
Hello everyone, I have been ttc for 6 years. As you can imagine I have have taken many pregnancy test. However, on this morning's it I think a faint lined appeared. What do you think?
