Can an ovarian cyst cause your vagina walls to swell / feel puffy? I'm not even 100% that I still have an ovarian cyst I'm almost positive that I don't. But since ovulation day my vagina has been " tighter " than usual my BF noticed both times we had intercourse on OV day & at 4 dpo. I spoke to my cousin about it and she said she's having it to, cause of her cysts, but I looked it up and doctors said it can't cause your vagina walls to swell. Other people say it was their first PG symptoms. help!!! 😩
