How to help my husband understand?

I'm a mear 4 weeks pregnant and starting to experience the exhaustion. No other symptoms yet, but I feel like my husband thinks I'm being lazy. Does anyone know of any apps with info for dads to be on what I'm going through as well as how the baby is developing?

I got my husband a book & he LOVES it! It's incredibly informative and detailed on the processes week to week, both from the baby's perspective as well as mama's. It helps him feel included and informed... The guy who wrote it is a dad who wished he knew more when his wife was pregnant. He has a great sense of humor, too. I even read it!

You can let him know from me that when I was pregnant a few years ago, before I knew I was pregnant, I was so effing exhausted that I assumed I was getting ill. I fell asleep literally anytime I sat down after 4 pm. It stayed that way for a couple months - crashing at 7 pm and no later. Show your husband a graph of HCG skyrocketing in early pregnancy, along with increased progesterone and estrogen. Explain that those hormones can make you tired as HELL. If he still doesn't understand, suggest he take massive amounts of birth control and HCG injections for several days and report back to you his symptoms!
