My cycle went off on Wednesday. I've had back pain since Tuesday. It is now Friday & the back pain is still here....usually when I have back or pelvic pain during my cycle it leaves two days before my cycle ends. I've gotten worried now because not only is it still here but the pain travels from my lower back to both of my sides & the only time I get some relief is when I'm lying down or sitting in a tub of hot water. Any advice ladies???
