I'll be 3 months tomorrow. My problem for the past couple weeks is not being able to sleep though the night or even taking naps out of the day is hard. I'm so tired but I can't sleep all due to me thinking about random dumb things!! I am having a breakdown! I want to nap and I want to sleep. It's worse then having a newborn. My doctor gave me Benedryl to help but I don't want to take it even though my doc said its ok. Anyone is having this problem? I can't take this any longer.
