Is anyone else having a ton of heartburn already? If so what are you doing to help ease it? any advice is appreciated!

A little bit, but not as bad as full-on acid reflux.

I'm in the same boat,looking for advice! It's horrible! Today I'm trying small frequent meals!!tried gaviscon yesterday which helps sooths the acid but it's only a very short term relief. Gonna be a long time till next may!😊
