I wear tampons daily because I have had very heavy discharge for most of my life & I just took my tampon out to change it and there was some light red blood at the tip of my tampon??? What does that mean??

During pregnancy you Cannot use tampons!!!

Yes you should not be using tampons! That is a big NO-NO. Some spotting early in pregnancy is normal. It's called implantation bleeding. If it is a lot or you have cramping you should see a doctor.
