There's no way for anyone to know. With my first daughter I had a large hemorrhage and passed a huge clot and everything was fine. However, I had a friend that spotted brown and then pink and lost the baby. You should go to the ER

Definitely go to the er to make sure of everything and to ease your mind. I had this from 6 weeks through to 9 weeks with brown and pink spotting. I am now 19 weeks and 3 days with a healthy baby boy but I also had heavy bleeding and miscarried last year so you just never know and should definitely get checked out.
