Pregnant? Freaking out

Okay so I decided I needed some help or support!!!
Just found out I'm pregnant. 5 faint positives test
Yesterday AF was due and just had some light brown/pink spotting 
Mid day today I started spotting. Now in the past 6 hours I have filled up a small miny pad. And tiny tiny clots 
A lot of lower abdomen pressure 
Slightly nausea 
Miscarriage or implanted??
Going to make a doctors appointment monday!!!

I had an ectopic and tube removal back on June 19th

Implantation bleeding usually does not have clots I would go to the hospital to get checked out!!

First, congratulations for your pregnancy!  Blending is not always the end of a pregnancy...my sis was bleading when she was just about 6 weeks and now her girl is 5 years old! But you Need to take care of yourself...meaning go to emergency room at this very moment.
