I am 5w3d pregnant with my second baby, yesterday I noticed some blood on the toilet paper when I wiped, I of course freaked out and went to the ER, they did a transvaginal ultrasound and they found a sac and yolk but not fetal pole yet, they told me bleeding could be implantation bleeding, I was fine all day but notice some blood again when I wiped, should I be concerned? How long does implantation bleeding last? Please help!!! Sorry for the long post
