Does anyone know what this is?

I looked at my dogs belly today in the morning and found this. Does anyone know what this is!? Or any ideas?

Looks like mange or ringworm take him-her to the vet and get a skin scrape.

Could be the start of mange. If your dog has been around other dogs or a grassy area where other dogs have been, he/she could have picked up some mites.

Dry skin. Try putting lotion on her and give her a oatmeal bath.

Looks like a hot spot. Alcohol and neosporine helped my dogs along with a spray we got from the vet (which had a very high alcohol content) hot spots are like a staph infection they get from too much moisture

My dog gets something like that on his belly we think it's just from his belly running the ground since those breeds of dogs have such short legs. We bought some cream from petsmart for dry skin and it cleared it up

That's definitely not dry skin... It's probably mange or ring worm like everyone else is saying.

Looks like a ring worm. Idk how they look on dogs but that's what they look like on humans.

Maybe while outside or something he scrapped it against the cement or do you have young children,maybe they decided to attempt to shave the dog
