I'm 37 4 and 1cm dilated, 20% effaced, -1 position, very low, cramps, no contractions, hard stomach, heartburn, slight swelling in feet started today. What are your predictions? Tomorrow I meet my new class of 5th graders but people say I should stay at home in case labor starts. Opinions?
