Constipation Early Pregnancy

Sorry for the gross topic. For the last few weeks I have had fairly loose stools and I was having a bowel movement once a day. I was feeling really good. All of a sudden I feel like things have slowed wayyyy down and I actually haven't gone in like two days. It is making me feel sluggish and bloated. Fiber Cereal hasn't sounded good to me, so I am not quite sure how to help things along. I do have IBS so fruit is usually off limits. :/ Tips?
