Early pregnancy symptoms?

So I'm 11 days late today. My last period was July 24th. My SO and I use the pull out method. I have felt like I'm going to start my period for awhile now though, like normal PMS. No spotting or anything. I've been late before but never this late. I haven't taken a test yet either. I feel cramps everyday. I'm drinking more water than usual and have been super hormonal (I almost cried for the smallest thing yesterday). I noticed yesterday some light discomfort in my lower back. I'm going to take a test today but what does it sound like? Pregnant or just a super irregular late period? Please help!
