HELP 😲 PLEASE!!! Bleeding (No Pic)

I am a little over 2 weeks PP. Went to the doctor yesterday and everything was good except she said I may have a slight skin infection. She gave an antibiotic and sent me on my way. THis morning at 5:30 I woke up to get little Miss and started GUSHING blood. it soaked my heavy overnight pad and was on my leg. Then at 7:00 I woke up again and it did it again and when went everywhere in the bathroom. (Looked like a crime scene on my toilet.) And at 8 it started to do it again and I made it to the toilet so most went in there. Is this normal heavy flow after birth or is this something I should call the doc back on?
