At 18 weeks, how many pounds have you gained so far? I've gained 10 lbs since pregnancy and my doc thinks it's a little bit too much and said cut back on the carbs 😳😳. I was shocked bc I thought my weight was good. Lol. My bmi is average for my height. What about yall?
