Hello ladies, I had my 12 week appointment on Monday everything went well! But I was told there's a possibility I will be induced at 37 weeks if my blood pressure is high again. So story behind that when I was pregnant with my son 3 years ago right after the 22 week mark my blood pressure sky rocketed and stayed like that throughout the rest of the pregnancy. So during that time they took me out of work and scheduled an induction.  well my son decided to come on his own any way a little early at 36&5. So any ladies have any pointers or advice on how to maintain my blood pressure so far it's normal. I really don't want to be forced into labor at 37 weeks 😔 thanks in advance!!
