I started this pregnancy expecting to be considered higher risk because my last pregnancy. (Subchorionic hemmorhage, water breaking at 31 wks, hospital bed rest, baby born at 34 wks via emergency c-section because of placental abruption.) But until last week, everything was normal.

At my 20wk ultrasound the baby looked perfect, but they found I have a short cervix. I go back tomorrow for another check. I'm so nervous. Every twinge is concerning, though I know they probably are normal. I'm on severely restricted activity (not quite bed rest, but it may as well be). We had to cancel our weekend trip plans and I'm disappointed about that too.

Tomorrow I will be 21 weeks. The drs have me back on progesterone suppositories and are talking about a cerclage.
