Uti while 7 weeks?

I'm in Jamaica on my honeymoon, what can I do to stop the uti pain? I cannot call my dr. Due to cell signal! Helpppp me!

Teaspoon of baking soda in 8 ounces of water. Repeat every 3 hours until symptoms subside. Works for me every time

Cranberry juice straight! and tons more water. I mean tons! I would take Tylenol for the pain as its the only thing safe to take. Try 16oz of water to 16oz of cranberry juice, not mixed just one right after the other. You'll pee like crazy but it'll flush your system naturally and help rid your body of the bacteria.

If you're in Jamaica there's probably a pharmacy where you can buy some medicine. They sell everything over the counter so just look up what you can take while pregnant and go buy it.
