38 weeks tomorrow

I started cramping not too long ago while I was in the shower and (TMI!) feeling like I needed to poop and did. I read on babycenter women going through similar things and going into labor like the next day up to a week later. Anyone been through this or have advice? And I don't know if it's related but my nipples have been itching like crazy since last night.
