So afraid! Help
Hi everyone I need some help, I have never wanted an epidural, in my city I must be at a hospital for delivery, the more I think about episiotomies or doctors touching my vagina while it already hurts during delivery I get more and more scared about natural birth. I'm so scared I won't be able to do it without meds and that I will tear.
