Please help

I realize I have done a mommy no-no. My daughter is 20 months old and still gets a bottle for naps and bedtime, she only gets 5 oz. But its still a bottle. We tried breaking her and she won't have it. She creams her head for it. Remember she only gets it twice. Her dentist says she absolutely perfect teeth and isn't concerned about her going to bed with especially since she doesn't leave it in her mouth and her pediatrician says that as long as she is adjusting fine to cups and sippys she wouldn't worry about it until she can understand and comprehend that bottles are a no-no. My daughter does just fine with a sippy cup, Capri sun pouch and a regular cup(if you monitor) she also does fine with a cup and straw, the bottle is strictly at bedtime and nap time. My bigger fear is if we have another baby, which we aretrying, that she will take the bottle from the baby. Also keep in my mind that my daughter has never taken a pacifer, not even as a newborn. Please help, what should I do!!!
