The struggle continues I had it all in this pregnancy extreme nausea weight loss weakness extreme fatigue feeling like passing out. But the nausea is subsiding getting much better after being treated with 2 medications. But the vertigo shortness breath and heart palpitations wake me up at night. Anyone feeling the same way is this normal? I'm 10wks prwg. First pregnancy.
