Anyone else felt the same?

I am assuming I am 5 weeks (haven't had my first appointment yet) I had pretty bad cramps which I know is normal but they have stopped. Now I just feel back aches. I hate when I search the web because it gives all these symptoms of miscarriage. Is it normal to have back aches this early?

I had a bad backache here and there too, and so did one of my friends in the beginning. Some cramping is even normal also. I wouldn't get too concerned as long as there's not blood. I even had a little spotting in the beginning which can also be normal, as long as it's darker and not bright red. I know it can be hard, but try to relax till your doc appointment!

I am 7 weeks and i have been cramping and getting back aches and i haven't had an appointment yet and i'm scared to think of MC :(
