We found out yesterday at my 13 week check up that our baby passed just after our 9 week sonogram. Devastated! I have my D&C today. Any information on recovery and when we can start trying again would be greatly appreciated. I ve been staying off the internet and won't speak to a doctor until today. We are heartbroken. I don't understand why my body never showed any signs of my loss...
