Back and shoulder pain?

Is anyone else having horrible back an shoulder pain? I know I tense up a lot and that's usually where I feel it but I'm thinking its related to the growing boobs! I'm more petite and a D to begin!

I go to the doctor on Tuesday so I am definitely hoping they can rule out anything like a tubal pregnancy. I have had this discomfort for years. I just think that it's acting up especially now.

Talk to your doc. I had back pain and pain below my shoulder blade and doc wanted me to come in for a scan to rule out tubal pregnancy.  Apparently shoulder pain can be a symptom.  Thankfully everything was ok.
