I love them, even if they are big. No upset stomach and no constipation.
I'm sure to take them with food, but they don't mess me up even if I don't have food right away.
I love plant based vitamins! Seems a much better source.

Oh no, I have that one too! I'm not a fan of the sugar on the gummies either, but I am more likely to take those than that big nasty pill. I got enough gummies for the next month - hopefully once I'm solidly into my second trimester, I'll be willing to face "the beast" once again and use up my bottles...

That's why I buy my own, the gummies kind 🙌🏼 I know they're a little on the expensive side being that they go so quick but I always look for a sale buy 1 get 1 free or 50% off I hit a lick a couple weeks ago at walgreens buy 1 get 1 free ☺️ and I always make sure it includes folic acid in the prenatal gummies that I choose
