I got an ultrasound today to confirm my pregnancy:) she said everything looks healthy and baby is measuring to be 8 weeks 2 days. When does that mean I conceived and how accurate is an early ultrasound? I don't keep track of my period at all and even skip them some months so I have no idea when my last one was
