I was on birth control for 5 years and just got off last month. Ive been getting really bad cramps for a few days now, AF is due on September 15. Is this normal? I cant remember when my cramps started before the pill but i feel i only got them while on my period. Just wondering how early some of you get cramps before your period starts? Thanks!
