What gets your baby moving

Question

I'm 29 weeks and haven't felt baby move all day. Within an hour he only moved once. So I'm heading to the second hour, what can I eat/drink to make him move.!obviously if he doesn't this second hour I'm calling labor and delivery. Any ideas? Super worried.

Something cold maybe trying walking around and then laying down on your left side.. If my baby doesn't move I always poke at him to make him move

Orange juice for sure and sitting still. If you're walking around, baby is sleeping. I'm 29 weeks myself and he will go all day without moving if I'm active but as soon as I'm resting for a good hour he's up and all riled up. Call the dr if that doesn't help

I sometimes miss my baby moving, if I'm at work, and pre-occupied with other tasks. I find lying on my back, and drinking ice cold water, gets her moving. I'm 29 weeks, and have found she has active periods, like 2am and 6am, lying flat really helps me feel her move.
