Repeatedly spotting &Neg Tests

After taking a daily 7day dosage of provera .. AF arrives 2-3 days after taking last pill starting back in July from the 10th -thru the 16th .. My most fertile days where from July 27 through the 2 of Aug which my so and I did BD (🎇🎊) I had 4 faint positive test right before the day of which I would miss AF ... After I missed it I went to the doctor to confirm it and they received neg tests ... 😢 .. I then waited a week later to retest and ended up with neg tests as well .. In the mix of all this that is going on I still had no cycle for the month of Aug. ,but spotting which been very lite and popping up every other day or more and very tender breasts (nipples) .. Do anyone have a clue what might be going on with me ?
