Possible ear infection?

I know this isn't really pregnancy related but I need advice please.

My ear is hurting SO bad! Like I can't touch anywhere around it or lay on it  or yawn/stretch my mouth without it hurting. I could barely sleep because of the pain. 
I'm 36w and I've hardly taken any medications during my pregnancy other than Tylenol. 
Would Tylenol help the pain or should I go to the ER?

I'm 25 weeks and got an ear infection, it's more annoying than painful. Seems like you've probably had it for awhile and it hurts bad because of not taking an antibiotic to get rid of it. I'm on augmentum (spelling) 500 mg and they also said sudafed once in the morning helps with symptoms. But I would still go to the doctor and make sure it's not something more serious

I would go to ER! Meanwhile: take an onion, cut it, put it in a cotton bag and hold it on your ear. Should ease your pain. Please see a doc. You'll probably need an antibiotic medication.
