Aztec Clay facial mask?

Any mamas here use Aztec clay for their facial masks? Still safe during pregnancy? 
This is the only ingredient: BENTONITE

I have used it with no harm to baby. I looked it up and saw nothing wrong. I even saw that some women drink it to help with morning sickness.

You should be fine. It's just a compound found on clay which is found in the ground. Shouldn't cause any harm to you as long as you aren't eating it (some women do experience pica like tendencies in pregnancy). :)
