I've got over supply/forceful let down and it's been a struggle. Baby is one month old and I'm starting to hand express a little here and there so that I can have the option of giving him a bottle feed. My left side produces way more than my right. Any suggestions on how I can level out the production so one boob isn't so much larger than the other?
