Starting a new job Monday?

I'm starting a new job on Monday and I'm wondering when I should reveal that I'm pregnant I'm a plus size mommy so even though I am 13 weeks I can definitely kind of hide in my size for a bit longer, but I'm curious what you glow ladies would do...

I just got a new job too. I however believe in the honor system & think that a good employer shouldn't care. I told my new boss after my working interview (I work in dentistry) after I was offered the position of course. She said she is excited to watch my belly grow, & I feel so much better about it. I was so worried had I kept it a secret. I'm 13 weeks. Best of luck to you in whatever your comfortable with and congrats on the new job!!!

I wouldn't tell until I had to. Preferably after any probationary period if you have it.

I just switched departments (starting tomorrow), but I think I will be telling them in the next week or two (by 16w). I don't want them to think that I'm not trustworthy or felt I needed to hide it from them.

I found out I was pregnant the week before starting a new job- I waites til 14 weeks to let them know. Everyone was super supportive - I think transparency is good and will make you feel better too so you're not stressing about it.

Unless you can't compete a job task I wouldn't tell immediately. It's not a "secret" but you don't know any of your new coworkers. Why would you tell them unless they point blank asked "Are you pregnant?"   I would wait a bit and build up your time off, and build relationships with your coworkers. I'm 14 weeks now and haven't told my employer yet... And I have worked there for 9 years. It's not anyone's business but yours.
