How soon do pregnancy symtopms start

We have been ttc for over a year. Took opk and bd around the time it was positive. It's not been a week and I have breast tenderness (I've only had tenderness once before and it was when I got off bc). Af isn't supposed to be here for another week. But I'm sure its AF but here's to hoping!
