Whatever you do, just eat SMALL amounts or it will make you sick. Like seriously, eat a few grapes, wait an hour, then eat something else small.. half a yogurt, or a few bites of oatmeal.. make it healthy, not greasy.. it really helps. As long as you take a prenatal, your baby is getting what it needs

The brewer pregnancy diet helped with my morning sickness. It's lots of whole nutrient rich foods. With twins big of my doctors and my two midwives suggested at least 100 grams of protein a day. My water didn't break until transition so I think the protein and vitamin c helped. That's what the docs said at least.

Poor baby I'm going thru it with just one baby can't imagine too.. Just try to stay hydrated even tho it's difficult drink Gatorade

Just try to stay hydrated and eat whenever you possibly can. Eat whatever you heart desires (obviously within reason)- just get some calories in you. Remember it will get better! I felt horrible week 7-10 and then felt occasionally sick from weeks 10-13. It will get less and less until it finally goes away.
