Trigger and opk

I am on round 3 of clomid cd3-7, 1 day past ovidrel trigger of 500( 2x250mg?) doseage that i took last night at 9pm. 18 hours after trigger my opk went positive. Does tomorrow count as 1dpo?

Also re said to bd last night and tomorrow. Is that going to be enough bd to do the job? The person doing my follicular scan this week said I had 1 dominant folicle on my left ovary and none on my right one. Is it normal for me to feel ovulation pains from both ovaries with my uterus being tender today?
