Feeling like complete crap
Every morning when I wake up I feel like hell. Doesn't matter how much sleep I get 6 or 9 hours.
My body hurts and I feel nauseas. This has been going on for 3 years now. I seriously don't know what feeling good is like anymore. It's actually making me depressed.
My diet is pretty healthy, I eat tons of fruits and veggies and drink water like a fish. Does anyone else deal with this? Have you found a way to wake up actually feeling good?
