I'm 37.5 and aiming to have a vbac. Lost parts of my plug last week and was 2.5 cm dilated only 20% effaced. The day after my appointment I had to go in for a NST bc I was really dizzy and having contractions irregularly every 7-10 min and babies movements were minimal... Now another 2 days later I've Been having steady contractions for the last 45 minutes about 5 mins apart, and starting to get worse each time... The dr told me call if they're every 7 minutes or less I just don't want to waste my time going in and being sent home.
