Anyone else having a love hate relationship with their morning sickness?

Seriously this morning sickness thing is bitter sweet, on one hand I can't stand it and can't wait till I'm back to my normal self again (mostly) but on the other hand I freak out when I feel better even if just for a few hours. In so paranoid of having a MC and the morning sickness helps me feel better since my boobs arnt always sore. 
I feel like a crazy person lol nothing satisfies me lol 
Anyone else right there with me?

I miscarried last year, so with this one I've been doing that dance of hating the morning sickens, but also finding comfort in it. Hahaha, does make you feel a little crazy! I, too, will be happy to be past the 1st trimester. One more week to go for me!

Same here 😃 I don't have morning sickness too bad but when I do I dont mind it at all 😏 We were trying for a while and now that it finally happened I think I'm dreaming so morning sickness makes me believe that I am pregnant lol I sound crazy I know 😂

I thought it was just me! I'm so miserable with this sickness but if I do feel better for a day I get worried that something isnt right. This is such a roller coaster ride of emotions!! Just ready to get past this first trimester!
