What the hell

So I got a latte from Starbucks and when I got home decided I wanted it cold so I poured it on ice in a cup and I was drinking it and it tasted good and once I got to the end it tasted horrible I opened the cup and it smelled horrible too I've never smelled something like that idk how to describe it so I stopped drinking it and a bit later poured it out and there were all this stuff all over the cup it looked dirty so I wiped some of it off n smelled it n it was oily but smelled like nothing I thought it might be syrup from the latte but stuff was visible like a bunch of millions of tiny dots it didn't look like syrup. So I'm worried it was bacteria or something:/ wat do yall think I already checked the ice n it smelled okayyish but u kno how ice is
