Do you find it difficult to swallow pills?

I'm relieved that there's others out there like me...it's the most frustrating thing! I mentally can't swallow pills. Eventually I force them down after they've dissolved in my mouth a little or I'd smash them to little pieces and swallow those but it's so dumb..I've tried everything!!

I also fire easier strangely enough if you put the water in your mouth first because you don't have to taste them most of the time.

Take the pill with a mouthful of water. Tip your head down towards the floor. The pill will rise top the top of the water, in this case the back of your throat. And swallow! Works for me. I hate pills but I never struggle to swallow them with this method.

Use orange/mango juice cause it's thick so it's easier too swallow them 👍🏽

I take around 17 pills a day and I can and I only take them twice a day. So that's like 8 at a time without problem.
