Hi all,

I would like your opinions if possible. I told my boss at about 8 weeks that I was pregnant so he has had plenty of time to make arrangements.

I am now 33 weeks and I am due to finish at 36 as I have holiday to take beforehand. He has been really disorganised in getting a replacement, left it too late so they are now trying to give parts of my role to different people internally.

He has got me writing detailed instructions on everything I do, basically because he doesn't want to sit down and learn what I do.

He is now asking if he can phone me while im on my holidays and maternity leave if they need help.

What would your response be? I am not planning on going back but want to keep the peace as I have a lot of friends there and my partner works at the same place.
