Maalox while pregnant?

Is it safe to take/drink the heartburn relief Maalox while pregnant? I'm going on 21W ... Thanks!

My OB has only told me I can take tums. Check with your OB about other options.

I'm not sure about maalox but you can take Zantac and tums

I have been having terrible heartburn. I have found almonds to be a life saver!! I keep a bag with me at all times!  I was told Zantac is safe.

My doc said I can take it occasionally. Check with your doc or the nurse at their office.
