Help please

Luz • Mon, Sep 14 • Happily married to my husband for the last 7 years, I have 3 wonderful children, 2 girls and 1 boy aged 11,10, and 5 and boy oh boy do they keep me busy! But I love my life as a mother and a wife!

I get my flow in 7 days, been ttc for 3 months. Took this today and this was the result. I don't want to get all excited if this isn't real. Any advice please!
