Hello all im 12 weeks 5 days today due date is march 23rd and ive been getting dizzy a lot and having lower abdomen pains. Went to the er yesterday and they couldnt find anything wrong. Anyone got any ideas? I cant get up to go to the bathroom without getting dizzy and light headed and its starting to bother me because my 7 year old disabled son relys on me for everything and I feel so helpless. Someone help?
