Terrible heartburn!?

Hello, I am 22 weeks pregnant and suffer from really really bad heartburn. It usually hits me bad at night, I take a couple tums and try to sleep, but now it's non stop and really bad! Tums don't work, and I feel so crappy. Anyone else has super bad heartburn? If so, what do you do for it to help you?? Thank you!

Pickles or pickle juice. It works like a charm for me, also apple cider vinegar. One teaspoon, it's hard to get down, but it works also.

Pepcid twice a day with tums at night.  Sometimes milk helps soothe it.

Talk to your doc about Zantac! I take it once a day and my heartburn is gone! I have had it really bad my entire 3rd trimester

I constantly have jolly ranchers or peppermints in my mouth the saliva helps break down food

Talk to your doc I got prescribed Prevacid and it's a lifesaver

I have it super bad to. Was just choking at work from it. I take Pepcid everyday and still have to chew tums some. Pepcid seems to help take the edge off. Takes a few days to start working though. Or at least it did for me

Mine has been hit & miss but horrendous when it hits. I've been taking tums & drinking a glass of milk. The combination of the 2 help subside the pain.

I've been taking tums and sleeping sitting up. These other ideas are way better though lol
